Without our volunteers, running the event would be a real challenge. Sign up today to volunteer and be right at the heart of the action. A shift lasts a maximum of 3–5 hours, so you’ll still have plenty of time to explore. 

Whether you enjoy being in front of people or prefer to work behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly – we’ll find the right role for you. Here are some of the tasks you might be involved in if you sign up for an organisational role:

• Welcoming visitors
• Providing information about Open House Bern and the programme
• Putting up and taking down posters
• Managing the registration lists
• Guided tours of the building
• Drawing attention to the feedback form
• Take photographs
