Property in the City of Bern
The stately residence at Laubeggstrasse 40 is situated to the east of Bern’s old town, near the Rosengarten, nestled within the historic Schönberg estate. The former manor house, with its original 18th-century structure and distinctive alterations dating from the mid-19th century, is regarded as an early example of Historicism. This listed building is one of five historically significant structures in the former ‘Campagne Schönberg’. As part of a major restoration programme, the property was thoroughly refurbished with great care between 2021 and 2022.
