The design of the Stromboli residential building is characterised by a striking, south-facing "terrasse commune". The combination of the spanning access and pergola creates a spacious and communal address that links the upper and lower parts of the site at an urban planning level. This spatial structure results in 5 maisonette flats on the courtyard and garden floors, which have the qualities of small terraced houses. Both the 26 flats in the tower and the 15 flats in the longitudinal building are arranged around a central kitchen-living room, to which the open-plan individual rooms are attached. The flats can be combined using connecting options or secret doors, allowing for a wide variety of living and accommodation models.

There is the possibility to have something to eat and drink at Dock8, VOI and Trallala Bistro, which are located on the premises.
