The striking townhouse on Holligerplatz marks the start of the new Holliger housing estate. The angled, compact volume with the plinth projection precisely picks up on the alignments and mediates between the geometries. The finely structured 9-storey head-end building frames the new square and naturally guides residents into the new urban quarter. The generous arcade with the main entrance and the public commercial uses on the base floor create a clear address. Residents are guided through the Rue Interieur to the 3 staircase cores and flats. The deep building volumes were cut into with two atriums that illuminate the kitchen and dining areas. The floor plans of the 62 flats offer a wide range of options and all have loggias.
