A tiled roof landscape, lush greenery in the front gardens and colourful rendered façades characterise the image of the Murifeld district. The apartment block, built in 2022, is based on the characterful rendered buildings with their distinctive roof shapes and thus blends naturally into the townscape. The multi-generation house is not only reminiscent of the previous building, but also contributes to inner densification with the construction of four flats on the plot instead of just one.
