Neubau Dreifamilienhaus

Treehouse - the new building blends into a conglomerate of buildings and trees from the turn of the century and closes off the neighbourhood at the zoning boundary. The park-like surroundings with the old trees were preserved and a building with three individual flats was constructed between the street, the building line and the villa. The elongated pavilion with a partial basement corresponds to the character of the neighbourhood in terms of proportions and building spacing. The shared courtyard serves as a haven of peace between the villa and pavilion. In the floor plan, the rooms face the quiet inner courtyard and the living spaces with the large terraces and seating areas each have a different orientation towards the surroundings. The result is a pavilion-like, classic skeleton structure with load-bearing exposed concrete walls and a curtain-type wooden façade, accessed via a lift and courtyard staircase.
