Three pioneering suburban buildings from 1895 stand on the popular Scheibenstrasse, which was important for the urban development strategy. More living space was created in the centre of the group of three. The small house was retained, but instead of a low pitched roof it was given a two-storey, finely structured roof finish. A cluster flat with three private groups of rooms with their own bathroom on the upper floors and a communal kitchen with living and working area on the ground floor meets contemporary living requirements. In addition to the cluster flat, the building offers a studio flat with garden access, a classic five-room flat and a duplex flat with a roof terrace. The street space in front of the building has been landscaped with a front garden typical of the neighbourhood.
